Biography

Gabriele is an abstract artist based in Munich. Her artistic journey began long before she ever picked up a brush.
As a teenager, she spent a lot of time in the studio of Helmut Stadelhofer, where she gained early insight into painting—especially oil painting and working with different materials. This experience sparked her passion for art and revealed her natural talent.
After finishing school, she created hand-drawn travel brochures featuring watercolor, charcoal, and ink landscapes for a travel agency and an airline.
A self-taught artist, Gabriele created her first artwork in 1996. She loves experimenting with different materials, observing how they interact, harmonize, and transform during the drying process.
Nature is her greatest source of inspiration. Long walks with her dog, PEPE, give her the time and space to appreciate textures, colors, and forms in the world around her—elements that deeply influence her work.
